Public Speaking Coach
Chris has, over the year's, been helping people to improve their public speaking.
This might sound a bit odd for a provider of pantomime horse costumes to be putting people through their public speaking paces.
But, Chris is actually an award winning speaker himself and really enjoys helping people overcome their fears and anxiety of public speaking. Moreover, he works on developing speakers who can become motivational speakers, with clear messages that their audiences understand.
As a public speaking coach, he has worked with people from all sorts of backgrounds in the UK and has, recently, been running public speaking courses in the Middle East.
Chris says "Last year, I did some work in a local primary school. The parent feedback was fantastic. I got the kids to deliver famous speeches by people like Churchill, Queen Elizabeth I and Nelson Mandela. Probably the best deliveries were by two boys who delivered the "band of brothers" speech from Henry V. It was amazing to see their confidence and abilities increase over the six weeks that I worked with them.
I have just launches a website to help share information with people who want to improve their speaking & presentation skills. There a loads of free public speaking tips as well as articles on how to write a speech and social situations such as wedding speeches and retirement speeches."
He is calling himself the Public Speaking Tipster. Just like tipsters at the horse races, Chris intends to share inside tips on how to become a more effective speaker and to take away some of the mystery of speaking in public.
