Alan Kennedy - Liverpool Legend

Alan Kennedy, a legend from the mighty Liverpool team of the 70's & 80's will be supporting Sparks, children's medical research charity at this years' Liverpool 10k on Sunday.

Nearly 2,000 hardy souls are running the 10km race this year. If you are desperate to show off your sporting prowess this Sunday visit the Liverpool 10k website.

Sparks are one of the partner charities of this years event.

Also assisting Sparks will be another legendary character - Charlie Vegas' Honey The Bear mascot.
