Panto Camel in Berwick
Carol & Mark Brough have just e-mailed us with a report about the pantomime camel that they hired off us.Thank you very much for our week's hire of the camel costume. It was great and we had a brilliant time.
We were involved with a children's holiday club run jointly by three churches here in North Berwick. The theme was all about Joseph in Egypt, so the camel (named Colin for the week!) was one of the stars of sketches and songs each day throughout the week. He had a different reason for being upset each day and the children sang a camel song to cheer him up. He even managed to go for a (very hot!) walk across the High Street one afternoon when we led the children down to a visit to the beach.
