Pineapple in Haverhill
You may have seen a rather large pineapple mascot in Haverill, Suffolk, last week.
It had been purchased from Charlie Vegas by Aldi for their new store opening.
Area Manager, John Wilmott, had a brain wave for the store opening, to use a pineapple mascot to promote the pineapples which were on special offer.
Unfortunately, he had his brainwave late on Monday evening & the store opening was on the Thursday!
Nevertheless, we were able to get a pineapple costume shipped from our manufacturer in France which arrived before the doors opened on the Thursday.
This is not the first time that we have worked with our manufacturer's to get costumes at remarkable speeds. last year we go a Wolf costume made & over to Northern Ireland in less than a week.
We know for a fact that some of our cheaper competitors don't go that extra mile for their customers!
