Renting a costume is only available to customers in the UK & Republic of Ireland*
Why hire?
Cheaper than purchasing – working to a budget, need for a one off event
No storage or upkeep.
How to Hire
Simply click on the HIRE button to bring up the calender.
Select the date you require (the date is only coloured when your costume is unavailable).
We deliver by courier, to you 1 working day before you need the costume.
Click on the HIRE button once again & you will be taken through to the checkout.
Hire option is only available for UK customers but we do try to help customers further afield (e.g. Ireland), so please give us a call/text or e-mail.
It must get to me on time.
All costumes are sent by overnight courier & are guaranteed to arrive 1 working day before your hire date(s).
We can deliver to your home or your place of work.
99% of deliveries in last year have arrived on time.

How do I return costume?
Returning costume is down to you.
You might be able to use a courier service through work.
Alternatively, we suggest that you use Parcelforce 24 service.
Parcelforce 24 can be used by taking the costume (securely sealed in its box) down to your local post office.
The great news is that you can then leave it behind the post office counter rather than waiting around for the courier to arrive at your house etc.
Either way, we need costume back within 2 working days of you using it so that we can clean it & get it out on time for the next customer.

You can return your 2 person costume to us in person if you live in or are visiting Cheshire. Please contact us in advance so that we can make sure someone is here to sign for your costume. Remember the costume is your responsibility until it is signed for at our end.
How long can I have the costume for?
Entirely up to you – depending upon availability & your budget.
I want costume for a Saturday, do I get charged for the Sunday as well?
No Sunday is free.
Similarly, if you hire a costume for a Friday, you keep it for the whole weekend at no extra charge.
What is the Refundable Security Deposit for?
We levy a £100 security deposit for each costume. This is returned to you when costume arrives back with us, on time & in good condition. If the costume is damaged, returned late, needs replacing,additional cleaning etc. a charge is made against your deposit. You are liable for no further charges over & above your deposit. What if I damage the costume?
See the section above.
What if I get costume muddy or something similar?
We accept that reasonable wear & tear are part of the costume hire business. All our costumes are dry cleaned & minor repairs are made after every use, at no additional charge to you, the customer.
Do I need to clean costume if I hire it?
No, we organise cleaning of all hire costumes on return.

Are there discounts for Schools & Charities.
Whilst we are a business we are happy to offer a discount to schools & charities. Please contact us for details.
* Additional delivery charges apply to customers in offshore islands (e.g. Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, NI, ROI). Not because we discriminate but because couriers charge extra for taking across the sea.
