Fancy Dress Costumes - We aim to ship your costume within 2 working days of you placing your order.
If it is not in we aim to tell you within 2 working days.
Hire Costumes – are in stock (subject to availability). This service is limited to the UK.
Depending upon availability & the time you place your order, we can get your costume to you on the next working day.
Animal Mascot Costumes - These can take up to 3 weeks to make. If you need a costume sooner please contact us to discuss your requirement BEFORE placing your order.

Deliveries (UK)
Fancy Dress Costumes - We aim to dispatch your costume within 2 working days by courier / Royal Mail Special Delivery, which gaurantees next working day delivery.
Animal Mascot Costumes
We deliver mascot costumes to all parts of the UK by courier.
Unfortunately, there is an additional chargeof £25 for customers in Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands, IOM & Channel Islands. You can choose this delivery option when you order your costume.
Deliveries will be between 8am – 6pm Monday to Friday.
You can upgrade your delivery to pre 9:30 am or before midday, by choosing these options on your order page.
Our policy is to deliver Hire costumes 1 working day before your rental period starts to avoid customers having any last minute worries.
Deliveries need to be signed for.
For customers renting our mascot costumes we arrange for the courier to pick up the costume 1 working day after use, from the delivery address.
For UK hire customers, return is included in the hire price.
Deliveries (WORLDWIDE) - Animal Mascot Costumes only.
We are happy to serve customers outside of the UK for Mascot Costumes only.
Select your shipping destination when you reach the basket when making your purchase.
We send costumes by courier services. This can add a week on top of UK delivery times.
So forinstance, you can normally expect to have a brand new animal/character mascot costume within 4 weeks.
Please note: that our costume hire service is only for UK addresses.
