Delivery Information.

Delivery depends upon whether you are buying or hiring your costume.

Renting/Hiring Your Pantomime Costume

Costumes in our HIRE/RENTAL range are available for immediate shipping (assuming that they are not already booked out or that they courier has already left us today).
We deliver 2 man pantomime costumes to all parts of the UK by courier.
Unfortunately, there is an additional chargeof £25 for customers in Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands, IOM & Channel Islands. You can choose this delivery option when you order your costume.

Deliveries will be between 8am – 6pm Monday to Friday.
You can upgrade your delivery to pre 9:30 am or before midday, by choosing these options on your order page.

Deliveries need to be signed for.

For customers renting our mascot costumes you will need to return the costume 1 working day after use.

Buying your Pantomime Horse or 2 Man Costume (UK Customers)

If you buy a costume (rather than hire) they are made from scratch, so please allow 3 weeks for delivery.

Deliveries will be between 8am – 6pm Monday to Friday.
You can upgrade your delivery to pre 9:30 am or before midday, by choosing these options on your order page.

Deliveries need to be signed for.

How to order your costume if you want delivery outside of UK

We are happy to serve customers outside of the UK.

Please note: that our costume hire service is only for UK addresses. Simply becuase freight costs actually make it cheaper for you to purchase your desired costume.

We send costumes by  courier services. This can add a week on top of UK delivery times.
So forinstance, you can normally expect to have a brand new animal/character mascot costume within 4 weeks.

Placing your order & getting right shipping cost.

Go to the page of the 2 man costume that you want to buy.

1)click on the BUY button
2) when you get to the baset, choose your postage option from the drop down box on the left
3) click UPDATE &this will calculate your postage charge.
If you want to go ahead with your order:
4) click on CHECKOUT ONLINE
When you come to customer details, remember to put the address that your card is registered to in the 1st contact section.
You can put your delivery details (if different) in the delivery address section.

Because of the bulky nature of the costumes, rather than their actual weight, the costs of shipping outside the UK are relatively high. This is due to couriers charging by volumetric weight (ie. the size of the parcel rather than the real weight). Really sorry, but there is not a lot we can do about this.
